 A leading fintech company sought to enhance its digital payment services for both smartphones and feature phones, aiming to drive financial inclusion in underserved regions. The fintech company faced several challenges in its pursuit of broader service offerings:

To address these challenges, the following modules were integrated into the Wallet platform:

  • Top-up and Bill Payments: Enabling uninterrupted services for utility payments and mobile recharges.
  • International Remittance: Facilitating direct transfers to third-party mobile money accounts.
